SeaBreeze Inn is perched on a hillside above Moonlight Beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the quaint little beach community of Leucadia. Swami's Surf Beach, made famous by the Beach Boys, is just 6 blocks south on Highway 101 and draws the finest surfers in the world on a daily basis.

Your hostess, Ann Dunham, is known far and wide for her scrumptious homemade bread and rolls and her Starbucks fresh-ground coffee. She loves to entertain our guests.  Mornings Are A Special Time At Seabreeze

Awaken to the sweet melodies of goldfinches. Drift back to sleep or Seize The Day with a morning walk to Moonlight Beach as the town awakens. Go for a walk or jog south along the sandy beach to the world-famous Swami's Surf Beach or north to Beacon's Surf Beach and watch the surfers and dolphins. Return to SeaBreeze and relax with a cup of Starbucks coffee and the morning newspaper. From 8 to 10 a.m. you'll be enjoying Ann's home-made breakfast of pastries and fruits as the warm rays of the sun welcome you to yet another day at your Moonlight Beach hideaway.

YOUR STAY AT SEABREEZE

  • Check-in: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 11a.m.
  • Your Room: Your fresh, clean room has a private bathroom, a wonderfully comfortable bed with feather pillows, down-filled duvets (comforters) and cotton sheets.
  • Breakfast: A delicious continental breakfast will be waiting for you in the Sun Room between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Choose from an array of mouthwatering homemade bread or muffins, fresh-squeezed orange juice, Starbucks coffee, fresh fruits and yogurt.
  • Enjoy your breakfast in the Sun Room, bring it to your private room or to any one of a number of private nooks on the SeaBreeze grounds.
  • The Sun Room is our "community room." When we're not serving breakfast, it's yours to enjoy to relax, read the newspaper, play cards, or enjoy the SeaBreeze library.
  • No Need To Rent A Car: Fly to San Diego airport and take our commuter train, the Coaster, to Encinitas Station for $5. We are a 3 to 4 minute walk from Encinitas station.
  • Amtrak: If you're arriving on Amtrak, and give us at least 24 hours of notice, we can meet you at the Solana Beach Station, 2 miles south of us.
  • Stairs: Our three main floor rooms are easily accessible with no stairs.

RATES, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, ETC

  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Third and fourth occupants are $25.00 per person.
  • Taxes: We don't like 'em either, but the city expects us to collect them, so, regretfully, we must add city lodging occupancy tax of 10% of your bill.
  • Payment: MasterCard, Visa, check or good old cash
  • Minimum stay: All rates are based on a minimum two-night stay. Add $25 for one-night stays.
  • Children: Tranquil and peaceful SeaBreeze is for adults and older, mature children. Please click here to view room descriptions and policies or call us.
  • Pets: SeaBreeze is not appropriate for pets.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed at SeaBreeze. Smokers, however, are welcome, so long as you take a stroll next door in Cottonwood Creek Park before you "light up."
  • Reservations: We regret that we cannot hold a room without a deposit. The first person who submits a deposit equivalent to one night's stay "owns" the room for that evening or time period.
  • Please Note: You do not have a reservation unless you have given Ann your credit card information. Because we have only four rooms and are in high demand, we cannot hold a room for you until you commit with a deposit.
  • Cancellations: Because we're a small B&B, we cannot afford last minute cancellations. If you've booked a one or two night stay, your deposit will be refunded (less a $50 admin fee) if you give us 14 days written notice, 30 days notice for stays of 3-6 nights, and 60 days notice for stays of more than 7 nights.

Hot Tub Spa and Private Deck. The Penthouse Suite is a favorite with honeymooners or those seeking a private romantic getaway. Located in a quiet corner of the second floor with it's own entry, this suite has a private balcony with hot tub and lovely ocean view, king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD, VCR, refrigerator and cool bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. MAIN FLOOR ROOMS

Moonglow Sun-Thurs: $130 - Fri/Sat: $160

Beach Suite Sun-Thurs: $145.00 - Fri/Sat: $175

Sleeps 4. The Beach Suite is our largest room. It has a Queen-sized bed plus a Double day-bed which pulls out into two twin beds. The big new bathroom has a large tub for soaking AND a shower. DIRECTIONS AND MAP

Off Instersate 5 at Encinitas Blvd. West to Vulcan Ave. Then turn right(if you keep going straight, you run into Moonlight Beach), two houses and come up the drive at the train mailbox, blue lights at night and enjoy your stay at the Sea Breeze Bed and Breakfast Inn.
